Angel M. Ramírez can be recognized by his marked and exquisite transgressor instinct. The recycling of materials, texts and images, many of them taken from the distant Middle Ages, serve him to make up a language that fits directly in today's Cuba. Before his paintings, engravings and art objects it is impossible to stop smiling and getting restless.
